Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure Anambra State.
Engr. Ifeanyi Okoma is the Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure and heads the supervisory ministry for ARMA.
He is the driving force behind Soludo Administration's Infrastructural Revolution. He brings his wealth of experience in consultancy and private practise to ensure prudent management of Tax Payers' Fund in speedy quality execution of roads, road infrastructure and other signature projects across Anambra state.

Engr. Obinna Nduka is a seasoned professional with years of experience in Road construction and Project Management. Under his leadership, ARMA has significantly advanced its mission to provide durable and accessible road networks across Anambra State, while educating Ndi Anambra and the public on proper road usage.

Mrs. Agatha Alago oversees the Administration Department, ensuring smooth organizational operations and efficient support systems. With background in accounting, She is pivotal in managing ARMA’s internal processes,employee relations, and administrative logistics.

Mrs. Chioma Nwankwo leads the Accounts Department with a focus on account reconciliation, financial transparency,efficiency and maintaining the financial integrity of ARMA.

As the Public Relations Officer, Mr. Emeka Ilozor plays a vital role in maintaining effective communication between ARMA and the public. His background in Mass communication and strategic communication skills ensure ARMA’s initiatives and achievements are effectively conveyed to the public.
Planning, Research, and Statistics (PRS)
(Mrs.) Lilian Onyenyilionwu is the head of the Planning, Research, and Statistics (PRS) Department at ARMA. With a strong background in General Studies, she plays a pivotal role in analyzing road maintenance data, strategizing operational plans, and ensuring that ARMA's projects align with state development goals.

Civil Engineer
Engr. Emeka Ejiofor is the Civil Engineer responsible for supervising road maintenance and construction projects. His expertise in Civil Engineering and project management ensures that ARMA’s roadworks are completed efficiently and meet required standards.
Engr. Godwin David
Mechanical Engineer
Engr. Godwin David is a Mechanical Engineer responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repairs and optimization of Heavy Duty Equipments and other machineries. With expertise in project execution,safety compliance and quality assurance, he contributes to the seamless execution of ARMA's Projects.
